Procure Master - Frequently Asked Questions
Below you'll find the answers to the questions we get asked the most about Procure Master. If you can't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to send us a message via the 'Contact Us' page.

What is Procure Master?

Procure Master is Web Application that enables procurement departments to track their activity through the end-to-end process and efficiently maintain accurate records of their contractual commitments. This is a simplified explanation and it should be noted that Procure Master has a range of functions such as the ability to track benefits, calculate and monitor resources, upload and analyse invoice spend data and much more! If you'd like a free demo, simply get in touch with us.

Can I have a free no-obligation demo?

Absolutely! We'd love to show you what the system has to offer. We'll typically do this using your preferred video conferencing / screen sharing software but we'd be happy to discuss a face-to-face demonstration if preferred. Just get in touch and we can discuss what works best for you.

Can it be used as an eTendering system to advertise requirements and receive supplier bids?

No, Procure Master is an activity and contract management system, not an eTendering system. It therefore cannot be used for advertising requirements, receiving supplier bids, bid evaluation etc.

How do I access Procure Master?

All you need is an internet connection and a relatively modern web browser. The URL to a personalised login page will be provided on implementation.

Procure Master is primarily designed for users working on laptop screens and desktop monitors so this will provide the best experience, however the system can still be accessed via tablets and smart phones with a compatible web browser.

What does it cost?

The annual cost will depend on how many licenses you require and how many modules you take. There is also a one-off charge for set-up and configuration. Please visit our 'Pricing' page here for more details.

What training is provided?

We will deliver two completely free training workshops for standard users. We will also deliver a separate training workshop for users with the administrator role so we can walk them through how to manage the system.

Additional training can be provided if necessary although this may incur an additional charge.

There are also user guides built into the system that are accessible by all users.

How do I make system design changes?

We're confident that Procure Master will be close to what you're looking for in an activity and contract management system 'out of the box'. That said we fully recognise that not all Companies are the same and so we will tailor the system to suit your needs (as agreed during the planning stage prior to implementation).

Many companies get caught out by excessive costs required to make design changes post-implementation. LR Solutions strives to be different and while we would need to provide a quotation for extensive development work, we do include 5 developer days completely free each year! This is usually enough to cover minor changes, such as the addition of extra fields or tweaks to existing functionality.

Can customers / requestors raise procurement requests through the system?

Yes! Part of the standard functionality enables customers / requestors to raise a a procurement request via the system. They will also be able to see who it's been assigned to and can keep track of it as it progresses through the process.

Can I upload attachments?

Yes. We recommend as a minimum that procurement staff upload a copy of the contract at the end of a procurement process. Sourcing owners can control whether attachments are accessible only to procurement staff or whether they also want to give access to a customer / requestor.

Attachments can also be uploaded by customers / requestors when raising a procurement request.
