  • Standard users will each require a license (customer/requestor licenses are free).
  • The cost per license is based on the number of modules you take.
  • A single module is charged at full price, modules 2-3 will receive a 50% discount and modules 4+ will receive a 75% discount.
  • Minimum of 10 licenses must be purchased (price below is the total annual amount for 10 licenses & 2 modules).

Standard users will need a license

You are required to purchase a license for any staff who will be utilising the system. The only exception is that when taking the procurement module, your customers / requestors can access the system with restricted access. These customer / requestor licenses are free and you can register as many people as you want! Requestors can use the system to submit requirements and then monitor their progress throughout the process.

Licenses are transferrable (i.e. you can deactivate users and reassign their license to another user).

Users will need to be managed within your agreed 'license cap'. If all your licenses are being utilised you will not be able to create new users.

License fees must be paid annualy upfront. Additional licenses can be purchased at any time by contacting sales@lr-solutions.co.uk

Managing your procurement and contract data made simple

The procurement portal enables you to record and update key information about a procurement exercise as you move through the process.

  • Improve the resilience of your procurement team - even when staff are on unexpected leave, anyone with permitted access can view their in-progress procurements and establish exactly where in the process they are and what action is outstanding.
  • A simple easy to use contracts repository. Keep all your contracts in one place and easily accessible. You can upload a copy of the contract and any other relevant documentation.
  • Access a suite of useful Management Information (MI) and charts
  • Take advantage of the functionality enabling customers / requestors to submit their procurement requests through the system and track it right through the process instead of getting lost in central mailboxes.

Automatically calculate how many resources you need

This module will enable the system's built in Resource Model that will calculate how many staff your Procurement Department needs based on the amount of in-progress procurement activity.

You can also manually enter annual forecast volumes to calculate the average number of staff required over the course of a full year. Super handy if you plan on taking on more customers and need to see the impact on resource!

We recognise that not all Procurement Departments are the same so you will have complete control over the model configuration and can easily tweak it to suit how your departments operates to ensure the resource calculation is as accurate as possible.

Take a deep dive into your company spend with our easy to use spend analytics

Enabling this module will give you:

  • Full access to ready-built charts and reporting capability.
  • Monthly upload of an invoice data extract from your finance system (frequency can be discussed during implementation if monthly is not suitable).
  • Creation and maintenance of data mapping tables as required (e.g. spend categorisation).
  • We'll also include 5 free developer days during the implementation phase to design and build any bespoke charts/reports you require.

Identify, assess and control your Organisation's risks and issues

We recognise the importance of an Organisation being able to effectively identify and assess risk - that's why we've created a specific 'Risk Management' module:

  • Access to record petinent information relating to risks and issues and calculate an overall 'risks score' based on a matrix of risk impact vs risk likelihood
  • Capture all of the causes relating to specific risks along with mitigating actions and owners
  • Record progress updates against mitigating actions and reassess the risk score at agreed 'Review Dates'
  • We'll tweak the risk matrices during the setup process to ensure they align with your business. If you have your own terminology / definitions that you want us to use we will be happy to accomodate.

You are in control

Procure Master has been deasigned as a self-managed system. Agreed users within your Company will be granted Administrator access which will enable them to complete tasks such as setting up users, reassigning licenses, resetting passwords etc.
